Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, cheddar cheese soup, milk, and pickles.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
