Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced potatoes, diced ham, shredded cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions or breadcrumbs on top if desired.
