Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
