Description
Delicious and comforting Chicken Philly Sliders made with tender chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted provolone cheese.

- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 package slider buns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder or steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
- Introduce the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Layer sliced provolone cheese over the chicken mixture and let it melt slightly.
- Slice your slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto each bun.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the buns are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make the chicken mixture ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to bake. You can also air fry the sliders for a quicker option.
