- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and add the chicken and veggie mixture.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
