- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals.
- Mix in the graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter until combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes until firm.
