  • 2 tbsp coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp hot milk
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 34 tbsp condensed milk
  • 34 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a saucepan, combine the full-fat milk, cornflour, milk powder, and powdered sugar over low heat. Stir continuously until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
  2. Create the Caramel Crunch: In a separate pan, melt the sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Add the butter and almonds, stirring quickly to coat, then pour onto a baking sheet to cool. Break into pieces.
  3. Dissolve the Coffee: In a small bowl, combine coffee powder with hot milk, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the cooled milk mixture and coffee.
  5. Add the Crunch: Fold in the caramel crunch and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
