- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until smooth.
- Toss the cooled noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
- Add the julienned cucumber, cilantro, and green onions to the noodles and mix gently.
- Serve chilled, garnished with sesame seeds.
