Cookies and Cream S’mores Marshmallow Bites

Description

Deliciously chewy brownie bites infused with crushed Oreos and topped with toasted mini marshmallows, all coated in rich dark chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix + ingredients on box
  • 15 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
  • 2 cups (100g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 12 oz (340g) dark chocolate, melted for coating
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
  3. Pour it into a parchment-lined 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Scatter the crushed Oreos and dark chocolate chips over the batter.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until just set.
  6. Remove from the oven and cover with mini marshmallows.
  7. Broil for 60–90 seconds until toasted.
  8. Cool at room temperature before chilling for at least 1 hour.
  9. Slice into small bites and dip each in melted dark chocolate.
  10. Chill until the coating hardens completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for about a week or frozen for up to three months.
