Description
Deliciously chewy brownie bites infused with crushed Oreos and topped with toasted mini marshmallows, all coated in rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix + ingredients on box
- 15 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
- 2 cups (100g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 12 oz (340g) dark chocolate, melted for coating
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
- Pour it into a parchment-lined 9×13 inch pan.
- Scatter the crushed Oreos and dark chocolate chips over the batter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until just set.
- Remove from the oven and cover with mini marshmallows.
- Broil for 60–90 seconds until toasted.
- Cool at room temperature before chilling for at least 1 hour.
- Slice into small bites and dip each in melted dark chocolate.
- Chill until the coating hardens completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container. They can be refrigerated for about a week or frozen for up to three months.
