Description

A comforting casserole featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy ranch dressing, perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add cooked egg noodles if using, and stir gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare the casserole night before and refrigerate until ready to bake. This dish can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker cook time.
