- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, diced green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Add cooked egg noodles if using, and stir gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the casserole night before and refrigerate until ready to bake. This dish can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker cook time.
