Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Add shredded chicken to the broth mixture and heat through.
