- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the fajita seasoning and chicken broth, then add the cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like zucchini or corn.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
