Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown—approximately 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheese, paprika, and additional salt and pepper if desired. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. In a baking dish, place the seared chicken breasts and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.

Notes

Preparation can be done a day ahead. Store chicken and sauce separately in the fridge. Reheat before baking.
