Ingredients

- 1 package of gnocchi
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cups of cooked ramen noodles

- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the pot and cook until tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and gnocchi to the pot, stirring gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add protein such as chicken or tofu for extra heartiness.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth.
