Ingredients

  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cups of cooked ramen noodles
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat the chicken or vegetable broth over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the pot and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles and gnocchi to the pot, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Feel free to add protein such as chicken or tofu for extra heartiness.
