Ingredients

Instructions
- In a pot, combine chicken broth and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add gochujang and stir until dissolved.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Pour in coconut milk and soy sauce, stirring well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang to taste for desired spiciness.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu.
- Can be topped with additional vegetables like spinach or bok choy.
