  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients to create an organized and efficient workspace.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and taco seasoning. Mix until creamy.
  3. Add the Mexicorn, mayonnaise, drained diced tomatoes and green chilies, salsa, lime juice, and cheddar cheese. Gently stir everything together.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
