- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 (11 oz) can Mexicorn, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients to create an organized and efficient workspace.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and taco seasoning. Mix until creamy.
- Add the Mexicorn, mayonnaise, drained diced tomatoes and green chilies, salsa, lime juice, and cheddar cheese. Gently stir everything together.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
