Description

A delicious and creamy pasta bake featuring chicken, broccoli, and tortellini, all tossed in a flavorful pesto sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and tortellini.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the pesto sauce and heavy cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the pesto mixture over the chicken and tortellini, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
