- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and tortellini.
- In a separate bowl, mix the pesto sauce and heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the pesto mixture over the chicken and tortellini, stirring to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
