Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, ensuring they are uniform.
- Arrange the meatballs in a single layer at the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring every ball gets coated.
- Cover the Crockpot and set to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve the meatballs warm, paired with spaghetti or on a meatball sub.
Notes
For a leaner option, ground turkey can be used instead of beef. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
