Description

Tender beef ribs bathed in a rich BBQ sauce, baked to perfection for a delicious and comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 lbs Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Thick BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Fresh Thyme for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Prepare the dry rub by mixing together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Massage generously all over the beef ribs.
  3. Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil, sealing the edges, then place on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
  4. Remove from the oven and uncover carefully to avoid steam. Drain any excess fat.
  5. Prepare the BBQ sauce by combining thick sauce and apple cider vinegar. Brush it over the ribs.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to broil on high. Broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
  7. Slice between the bones and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

Let the dry-rubbed ribs marinate overnight for better flavor. Use air fryer or slow cooker for alternative cooking methods.
