Instructions
- Make the Firecracker Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth.
- Prep the Toppings: Dice the red onions, slice the jalapeños, shred the cheese, and chop the fresh cilantro.
- Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
