- 1 1/2 cups warm water

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate minced garlic and herbs into the dough, kneading until evenly distributed.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a long rope and braid them together.
- Place the braided dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.

- For a richer flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese to the dough.
