- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
