Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp, avocado slices, and shredded cabbage on each tortilla.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
