Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
