Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
