Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil.
  2. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt; stir to combine.
  3. Prepare a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
  4. Fill each liner with a thin layer of chocolate mixture.
