  2. Strain (if desired) the blended watermelon juice to remove any pulp and achieve the ultimate smoothness.
  3. Pour the fresh watermelon juice into a saucepan over low heat. Stirring gently ensures that everything heats evenly without losing important nutrients.
  4. Gradually stir in the unflavored gelatin, lemon juice, and honey. Keep stirring until everything dissolves completely—this creates that quintessential gummy texture.
  5. Pour this vibrant mixture into your silicone molds or a shallow dish.
  6. Pop your molds or dish into the refrigerator and wait patiently for 3-4 hours until they set firmly.
  7. Once firm, carefully pop out the gummies or cut them into squares if you used a dish.
