Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak bites.
- Cook the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
