Description

A quick and flavorful twist on traditional instant ramen using Sriracha and lime for an extra kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing Sriracha and lime juice in a bowl.
  3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the Sriracha-lime mixture to the noodles and stir well to combine.
  5. Incorporate the cooked protein and mix until evenly distributed.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, garnished with chopped green onion and cilantro.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
