- 1 package of instant ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing Sriracha and lime juice in a bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain and return them to the pot.
- Add the Sriracha-lime mixture to the noodles and stir well to combine.
- Incorporate the cooked protein and mix until evenly distributed.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, garnished with chopped green onion and cilantro.
- Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
