Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned.
  3. Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked tortellini and meatball mixture.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
