Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the macaroni mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
