Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts with jerk seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. In a skillet, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, then slice it.
  5. Prepare the pineapple salsa by mixing diced pineapple, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, add sliced bell peppers and green onions to the broth.
  7. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced jerk chicken and pineapple salsa.
