Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with garlic and toss to coat in the bacon fat.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and quickly pour the egg mixture over the noodles, stirring rapidly to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Add the crispy bacon and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add gochujang or red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute bacon with pancetta or a vegetarian option.
