Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
