Description

Decadent brownie cups filled with creamy cheesecake, topped with chocolate chips for the ultimate indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the brownie mix with the water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Fill each liner halfway with brownie batter.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy in another bowl.
  6. Fold in the sour cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in each cup.
  8. Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set but still slightly jiggly.
  10. Let cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  11. Serve with whipped cream on top.

Notes
