Ingredients
- Flatbreads – 2 pieces
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mozzarella cheese – 8 ounces, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves – 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce on each flatbread.
- Top with slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
