Ingredients

  • Flatbreads – 2 pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese – 8 ounces, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
