Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine blackberries, diced jalapeño, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff each pocket with the blackberry mixture, pressing gently.
