Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Generously season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
- Pour olive oil into your large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the beef tenderloin into the skillet, searing each side for 2-3 minutes.
- During the last minute of searing, sprinkle in the minced garlic.
- Transfer the seared beef to a baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Once roasted, let the beef rest for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
