- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the miso glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the cooked rice until warmed through.
- Serve the salmon over the rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a dash of sriracha to the glaze.
