- 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chickpea noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
