- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. If using, stir in the coconut oil.
- Combine the mixed nuts and mini marshmallows with the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
- Form clusters by dropping spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cool the clusters at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until set.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
Notes
Keep clusters refrigerated for a week. Optionally, add a sprinkle of sea salt or dried fruits for extra flavor.
