Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 pre-made chocolate or graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until silky smooth.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and shredded coconut on top.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining mixture and toppings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

For a gluten-free option, use almond flour for the crust.
