Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with chocolate ganache, pecans, and shredded coconut.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 pre-made chocolate or graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until silky smooth.
  4. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
  5. Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and shredded coconut on top.
  7. Repeat the layering with the remaining mixture and toppings.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use almond flour for the crust.
