- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup toasted mini marshmallows (for filling)
- Extra chocolate drizzle or caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Combine with Rice Krispies, mixing until well coated.
- Spread the mixture onto parchment paper in a ¼ inch thick rectangle.
- Layer melted chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallows on top.
- Roll tightly from one end to the other using parchment.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with extra chocolate or caramel sauce before serving.
