Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup toasted mini marshmallows (for filling)
  • Extra chocolate drizzle or caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Combine with Rice Krispies, mixing until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper in a ¼ inch thick rectangle.
  4. Layer melted chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallows on top.
  5. Roll tightly from one end to the other using parchment.
