Description

  • 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with charming cupcake liners.
  2. Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand; press firmly into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Crack in eggs, adding one at a time; mix on low speed until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the centers are set but jiggle slightly.
  7. Cool the cupcakes in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and top each cupcake.
