- 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with charming cupcake liners.
- Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand; press firmly into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Crack in eggs, adding one at a time; mix on low speed until just combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the centers are set but jiggle slightly.
- Cool the cupcakes in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and top each cupcake.
