- 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 can of chili (15 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chili, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the frozen ravioli and ensure they are well coated with the chili mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ravioli and chili mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
