Description

Deliciously rich and chocolatey Oreo cupcakes topped with fluffy whipped cream and crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Extra Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into each cupcake liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
  7. Frost each cooled cupcake with the whipped cream and top with an Oreo cookie.
