- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Extra Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into each cupcake liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Frost each cooled cupcake with the whipped cream and top with an Oreo cookie.
Notes
