Instructions

- Place the beef chunks evenly in a large baking dish.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup and the brown gravy mix in a mixing bowl; stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the beef, coating each piece generously.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to seal in moisture.
- Bake for 150 to 180 minutes, until the beef is tender.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm, ideally with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
