Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast in a mixing bowl and let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate flour gradually until a soft dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, roll out the cold dough to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the remaining melted butter on the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until fluffy, then drizzle over warm rolls.
