Description

Delicious bite-sized sliders filled with seasoned pepperoni and melted mozzarella, perfect for gatherings and casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • Slider Buns
  • Sliced Pepperoni
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Layer the buns with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  5. Meld melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the slider buns.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For make-ahead options, assemble the sliders the night before and bake before serving. Can also be made in an air fryer.
