- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Beef Pepperoni, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix the filling: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce and half the mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly with the filling inside.
- Arrange the rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
