Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Beef Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce and half the mozzarella cheese.
  2. Roll the tortillas tightly with the filling inside.
  3. Arrange the rolled enchiladas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
