Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fruit puree (strawberry, mango, blueberry, etc.)

  • Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Divide the whipped cream into separate bowls for each color layer.
  4. Add food coloring to each bowl to create vibrant colors.
  5. In serving cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
  6. Next, add a layer of the colored mousse, starting with the red and working your way to purple.
  7. Repeat the layering process until the cups are filled.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
